Established in 1999, the Identity Theft Resource Center (ITRC) is the only national non-profit in the U.S. to provide live, direct identity crime advice and victim assistance at no-cost. Alongside assisting identity crime victims and helping others to prevent identity, the ITRC conducts annual surveys and studies on identity crimes, data breaches, scams, fraud and more. These reports cover data breach research, annual reporting, identity crime trends and studies on the impact of identity crimes and data breaches.
